1.The chain must be used within its rated load.
2.Please check the chain for deformation, breakage, or excessive wear before use. Check whether the hook is open too much, whether it can rotate freely and whether the bearing will make any abnormal sound.
3.Chains in a twisted, reversed and tangled state are not allowed to be used.
4.The cargo must be hung in the center of the hook, and the edge of the hook must not be hung in. Heavy cargo should not be hung on the hook for a long time.
5.Please stop using the chain if the diameter of the chain is damaged to 10% of the original, the permanent elongation is more than 5% of the original length, or if there are cracks, bending, deformation or surface damage.
6.According to the provisions of the safety operation, in addition to the routine inspection, a professional must inspect and record the corresponding results at regular intervals. The inspection interval can be adjusted according to the specific use.
7.When lifting heavy cargo, please do not be under or near the cargo to avoid injury.
