1.Before matching, you should pay attention to the air supply pressure, exhaust volume per minute, rated power, mounting aperture, header connecting pipe caliber, and the number of cylinders.
2.Before use, please carefully check the cable, power supply, etc., and take good protective measures to avoid potential safety hazards.
3.Before repairing, maintaining or disassembling the machine, please make sure to stop the machine and cool it down after relieving the pressure before operation.
4.Please note that the parts need to be cleaned and dried after assembly and please do not use too much force when disassembling and assembling parts.
5.Please note that the machine is rated pressure and can not be adjusted upward.
6.Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement and make sure you do not mind before ordering.

Maintenance

1. The air filter needs to be cleaned once a month, and needs to be replaced after 500 hours of work.
2. Please change the oil in the crankcase after shutdown. Change the oil once in the first week of a new machine and every 500 hours (after shutdown) thereafter.
3. Regularly check the parts to prevent oil and air leakage.
4. Regularly check the safety valve, air release valve, pressure gauge, safety valve air hole.
5. Comprehensively maintain the machine once a year by cleaning the air valve, removing oil and carbon deposits, and checking the valve discs.
6. If the machine is shut down for more than one year without use, it should do anti-rust blowing treatment, and clean and check the oil level when it is activated.
