common problem:
1. Q: Why is there water in the main body and faucet of the received shower, is it used?
Answer: Because the water is controlled by the switch spool inside the product, we have to pass the high pressure test to check the product's tightness and the product is not leaking before we can leave the factory. After the water is tested, there will be some water marks on the inner wall of the product, which is normal. .
2. Q: Why do some hand-held showers make a loud noise when shaking?
A: Because some hand showers have a massage water outlet function, this function requires "impeller" parts. When the water enters the shower, the impulse of the water will rotate the impeller, so that the massage effect is achieved, not a quality problem.
3. Q: The pipes of the faucet are hidden in the ground and the wall. What should I do if there is water leakage?
Answer: Don't worry at all, because the water pipes of home decoration are basically in the wall, so the decoration is more beautiful. The main hydroelectrician has done the work of connecting the water pipes, and choosing good quality water pipes will be no problem.
