The maximum power rating should not be greater than that of the device connected to the transformer. The transformer will not be guaranteed if the rated power is burned exceeding the rated power.

Convert 110V to 220V:
Make sure the connected device consumes less power than the transformer.
Insert the voltage output plug (on the back of the transformer) into the pair of holes marked “110”.
Plug the transformer power cable into a 110 V source.
When turning on the power switch, a 220V socket is available.

Transform 220 V into 110 V:
Make sure the connected device consumes less power than the transformer.
Insert the voltage output jack (on the back of the transformer) into the pair of holes that corresponds to the local voltage standard (200, 220 or 230 V). Check carefully if no errors occur.
Plug the transformer power cable into a 200, 220 or 230 V source.
When the switch is on, the "110" power outlet on the front is available for 110V.

Noticed :To avoid damage and fire risks, the safety must be replaced with a fuse (MDL) with the same ampere as the original. If the fuse continues to burn, the transformer and/or the device connected to it may need repair.
