Notes

How to Use
Make Black Garlic
1.Choose fresh raw garlic without peeling or cleaning.
2.Cut off the excess garlic stalks, place them flat in the holder, and then shake them to make the garlic more evenly placed.
3.Press and hold the cancel button for 3 seconds to enter the program setting state, and then you can directly set the startup.
Make Sweet Rice Wine
1.Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in water for 2-4 hours, and then steam it.
2.Place the steamed rice in a drainable container, spread with cold water, and cool down until your hands can't feel the heat, then add koji.
3.Put the glutinous rice into the inner pot and press it down gently. Dig a hole in the middle and close the lid. Press the "sweet wine" button and set it to 2 days.
4.Two days later, the sweet rice wine is done.
Make Yogurt
Pour the milk into the inner pot, then pour in some yogurt starter, stir until uniform, cover the lid, waiting for a period of time, the yogurt is done (please refer to the manual for specific time).
4.After 7-12 days of fermentation, it can be opened for consumption. If there is a lot of water, it can be dried again.
