Precautions:
1) Before use, the melting furnace and crucible must be preheated at a temperature of 300-500 within 5 to 6 minutes. After use, it cannot be cooled quickly, please cool naturally. Graphite crucibles are consumables, you can replace them with new ones as needed.
2) In order to control the combustion temperature more conveniently, please install a pressure regulating valve and a pressure gauge, and connect them to the air pipe.
3) Do not use it to melt iron, manganese and other metals whose melting point is higher than 1400, otherwise the furnace wall will melt. Remelting is prohibited to prevent liquid metal from flowing out.
4) Please wear high temperature gloves, high temperature mask and high temperature clothes before use. Prepare a bottle of fire extinguisher nearby to prevent accidents.
5) The inner wall of our product is insulated with refractory cement, which may cause cracks during transportation and use, please don't worry, it will not affect the use and will not cause any danger.
